About the Salon Experience
The Classic salon includes a welcome cocktail, half dozen oysters with shucking instruction and pairings, two cocktails with mixing lessons, and tasty canapés served throughout the evening.
The Deluxe experience is offered with fireside seating*, a dozen oysters per person, two cocktails and a nightcap with spirit of your choice. Deluxe experiences also include a cheese and charcuterie board OR Mediterranean spread of vegetarian dips. *Fireside seating available Oct 1, through April 15.
Purchase Tickets & Schedule a Class
Classes are held Thursday through Sunday from 6:30pm - 8:30pm EST. Seating is available for up to six people per class, excluding large format parties, tickets for which can be purchased here. Got a date in mind? Email Georgette at georgette.lillian212@gmail.com to check availability. Not sure of your date? Tickets never expire, plus there’s no date too soon, or too far out. Upon purchasing your tickets, Georgette will send you an email with the availability for your party.
