A seaside setup for up to six guests, our afternoon on the Seine begins with a picnic of curated cheeses, charcuterie and wine pairings. We’ll shuck several varietals of French oysters, and you’ll learn both the stateside and European method of shucking. Enjoy oyster-friendly natural wines and pair your freshly shucked huitres with edible perfumes crafted in the south of France. Choose a 2-hour time block that suits your day, between 1PM and 4PM.
Regarding Oysters in the Salon
Rendezvous for a chic night of cocktails, canapés and coquillages. Learn how to create oyster-complementing libations from the pages of Regarding Cocktails while nibbling elegant, oyster-inspired amuse bouches. Try your hand at shucking several varietals of French oysters in both the stateside and European method and pair them with edible perfumes crafted in the south of France. Choose a 2-hour time block that suits your evening, between 5PM and 8PM.
